Heartless Bastards have confirmed a run of September tour dates, in addition to their previously announced summer tour. The 8-date tour, in support of the band's recently released record Arrow, (Partisan Records), begins at Thirsty Hippo in Hattiesburg, MS on September 5th and culminates on September 15th at Santa Fe, NM's Railyard Plaza.   The tour includes stops in major Southeast and Midwest cities, including Kansas City, Louisville, and St. Louis. Tickets for these summer shows will go on-sale on Saturday, June 23rd and the complete list of tour dates is below.

Since the February release of Arrow, Heartless Bastards have toured much of the country, playing both club dates and festivals, including Hangout Music Festival and Wakarusa Music Festival. The band has played songs off of their critically acclaimed record on Late Show with David Letterman and Conan and the record received NPR's First Listen treatment upon its release. "[Wennerstrom's] band's crushing fourth LP sets the quartet alongside Ohio kin the Black Keys as front-line blues-rock modernists, with her writhing vocals at the center," hailed Rolling Stone. Entertainment Weekly included Arrow in their "Must List," praising the "strident yet emotionally nuanced vocals of frontwoman Erika Wennerstrom, which light up every track." "Wennerstrom," deemed the Washington Post, "has one of those voices that is utterly incapable of falsehood."
