New York - Walk The Moon’s number one smash hit, “Shut Up and Dance” has gone certified platinum! The popular track is currently number two on iTunes Top Songs Chart and number two on this week’s Billboard Digital Songs and Digital Tracks Charts.” It has also been streamed over 78 million times worldwide and is #11 on the Spotify Chart in the US. Not long following its release, “Shut Up and Dance” hit number one on alternative rock radio and has now breached into the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. The alternative pop band’s sophomore album, Talking Is Hard, has also climbed into the top 20 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums Chart. Walk The Moon will be performing the chart topping hit on NBC’s The Voice during the May 12 airing. (Fans will remember the splash Walk The Moon made during their show in LA this past March.)
