Last Words From Paschal Coeur

At Paschal Coeur’s last show ever at The Woods on November 27, I got to sit down with four of the five members, lead singer Danielle Fish, guitarist Kacy Mazur, synthesizer player (synthesist?) Tim John O’Brien and bassist Ed Thanhouser for an intimate last interview.

The indie/electro-pop/country hybrid band will be reemerging, minus a couple of members (drummer Mike Weber is moving and Tim John O’Brien is devoting more time to another band, Vanimal) as the Don’t Say Nos. “About half of the band” will do a “preview show” on December 18 at Bar Bar (7:30 pm, $5, all ages) with Zach Zaitlin.

Paschal Coeur was super interesting to talk to because they don’t stick to any one genre of music. Their varied interests and personalities came out in the conversation, as well as in their show that night. Watch the interview and stay tuned for more information on Danielle Fish and the Don’t Say Nos!
