With the holidays fast approaching music venues in our silver screen laden city are stepping up their game to bring us special lineups set to induce a little extra holiday cheer. Tonight, mid-December is no exception and the Hotel Café is set to kick start two nights of music mayhem with their two-night tenth anniversary party.
In addition to Cary Brothers, The Weepies, Butch Walker, and Meiko, several surprise guests are set to grace the stage and with the artists that consistently showcase at Hotel Café, you know the surprise will be a sweet one.
Now with that being night one, night two promises to be just as amazing with Leila Broussard, Brother Sal, and one of BNB.com’s fave’s Kathryn Ostenberg- you know the lineup not yet announced will be insane.
Aside from hotel café holding the title as one of my favorite venues in L.A., it’s a great intimate setting to see some of your favorite artists before they get larger than life.
Aside from what’s going down at the festive Ho Ho-tel party, the Roxy will also be showcasing Camp Freddy tonight, and with the last two weeks starring surprise guests such as Stephen Tyler, you never know what’s in store for you at the Sunset Strip venue and CF’s showcase.
All in all we may not get different season’s here in sunny So Cal, but we get a festive season chalk-full of great music- and several great musical notes to end twenty-ten on. Tis the season for several sweet little serenades.
