Chicago new-wave quartet California Wives premiered their new video for ‘Purple‘. The band collaborated with Sharpie® to create a music video that showcased the work of hundreds of artists and fans of the Sharpie® medium and brand.
The single ’Purple’ is taken from the band’s full length debut, Art History, out now on Vagrant. California Wives will support the album on a nationwide tour this fall with Stars and Diamond Rings. Art History is currently streaming at AOL Spinner and Billboard, and the “mesmerizing” debut follows the band’s 2010 Affair EP.
