Heartless Bastards Release New Video Starting Bushwick Bill

Heartless Bastards

New York – Heartless Bastards have released a hilarious new video for the song “Hi-Line” from their just-released album Restless Ones. The video was directed by Frank Weysos and stars Bushwick Bill who plays the band’s agent. He takes calls from people looking for country, rock and hip hop acts telling each of them that he has JUST the band they’re looking for. The clip rolls out showing the band having a great time dressing up as gangstas, a death metal band, and a classic country act.

The reviews for Restless Ones have been stellar. The album is the band’s fifth and came out June 16. It was produced by GRAMMY® Award-winning producer John Congleton (St. Vincent, Angel Olsen, Swans). Restless Ones was tracked in August 2014 during a 10-day session at El Paso, TX’s renowned Sonic Ranch. Located on 2,300 acres of pecan orchards bordering the Rio Grande and Mexico, the studio – the largest residential recording complex in the world – provided the perfect setting, miles away from all real world responsibilities and thus Heartless Bastards were able to fully invest themselves in the act of creation.
