The group will be departing for a tour starting next week, playing in support of Hi Honey with the album’s North American release. The tour will be making stops around Brooklyn, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Nashville for shows. The complete tour listing can be viewed below.

In addition to having Hi Honey stream early, pre-release on Pandora, Low Cut Connie also recently shared the video for the single titled, “Shake It Little Tina.” The video highlights the talents of Instagram dance king @adamscarpenters, who has performed an excess of 200 dances across the U.S. during the past year to help put this video together.

Low Cut Connie’s first two records – Get Out the Lotion (2011) and Call Me Sylvia (2012) – generated a sizable amount of buzz for the band and since then, songwriters Adam Weiner (New Jersey USA) and Dan Finnemore (Birmingham UK) have taken serious time to compose songs that would make fans feel a range of emotions –at the very least make sure to inspire an emotional response. Weiner, Finnemore, James Everhart (lead guitar) and Will Donnelly (bass, drums, etc) worked with with esteemed producer Thomas Brenneck and a roster of talented guest artists, compiling Hi Honey over just 10 days in Brooklyn and Contender Records, which is releasing Hi Honey, was formed by Weiner. Lastly, topping off the ambitions for Hi Honey, the record’s cover image was provided by noted Swedish photographer, Anders Petersen (Tom Waits’ Rain Dogs).
