Los Angeles – UK duo Royal Blood’s heralded debut self-titled album has climbed to No. 5 on the Billboard Albums Chart ten months after its release. Following a remarkable appearance on the famed Howard Stern Show on SiriusXM on Tuesday, June 9th, their debut album scanned over 21,000 units last week alone catapulted to No. 17 on the Billboard 200 Chart. This marks the highest sales week for the revered band.
That same week, Royal Blood delivered blistering sets at the Governor’s Ball and Bonnaroo festivals. Globally, the album has now sold over 700,000 copies and has produced a Top 10 success at Alternative Radio with “Figure It Out”. Current single “Little Monster” is following in its predecessor’s footsteps.
