BNBTV Spotlight: Roman Holiday, “I Think It’s Her”

BestNewBands.com

Usually, the Seattle music scene is associated with the scruff-faced, flannel-clad aesthetic that’s know to debut the best in alternative sound.   With Roman Holiday, however, this is not the case.  Though there are certainly hints of flannel (I’m looking at you, ridiculous scarf), Roman Holiday sports a commercially ready sound that has led to comparisons with big arena acts such as Coldplay and Kings of Leon.  And while this is often looked down upon in the credit-craving, hipster-ridden indie music scene, let’s just take a moment to enjoy the pop rock sounds (admit it, it’s catchy) of this soon-to-be-huge Seattle band, and take solace in the fact that we knew about them before everyone else.

Or, do some Wiki research.
Listen and enjoy, my fellow music explorers.
