The Gromble is pretty much everything you could want in a modern rock band: besides being proficient musicians and elegant, intelligent lyricists, they’re the kind of songwriters that know exactly how and when to satisfy and then exceed the listener’s expectations. Upon meeting five of the six members (and cracking many a joke at the sleep-related absence of the sixth member) I was happy to discover that they were all as bright and fun to be around as their music, and the above interview is the product of the afternoon we spent chatting about the important things in life.

 

We covered as many aspects of their current musical project as possible, touching on other important topics like mythological creatures, Hanson, and of course, Lilith Fair.
