This picture is the image I get when I think of fall in my desert landscape home of Lancaster California. The turning colors of the leaves, the sudden drop in temperature and the re-introduction of sweaters and jackets complete the perfect 3 month equation that is the fall season. Here’s a mellow playlist for fall season that mirrors how most people probably feel during this somber cold season. Weather its going for a long drive through desolate highways and back mountain roads or cozying up to a burning fire with a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Enjoy!

7. “Broken Ice” – by Umbrellas: “Just like skating on broken ice, with you…I’m treading lightly, I’m watching my step, the ship has sailed,” the blissful chorus from the fourth track off Umbrellas debut album, “Broken Ice,” nicely captures the happy go lucky emotions of beginning a fresh start with a significant other and all the problems that may arise.
