Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. Announces DJ Tour, New Remixes

After taking some time off to work on their second album, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr. will be hitting the road this week along with two shows at the beginning of October. These will be DJ sets so don’t expect the duo to take the stage, unless you count being behind the decks.

“Being in a room with a bunch of sweaty people dancing gives rise to what we can only assume to be a primal emotion, and we are grateful for the opportunity to spend these evenings together with as many exuberant strangers as possible” explains the duo of Josh Epstein and Daniel Zott. “Playing a live concert can be a fantastic exhibition leading to an exceptional high, but DJ’ing for a room full of people allows a level of improvisation and interaction which a stage can sometimes discourage. So we are excited to spend a few weeks away from home doing that. Interacting with all of you. Making each night unique. Gettin’ weird.”

While you’re waiting for the new album to come out, here’s some new material (by that we mean remixes) from the outfit. Click here and here.
