Foxtrax Are Fostering A Fervent Fan Base: See Them At Pianos!

New York – Foxtrax, an emerging, New York based, indie rock / alternative group, isn’t letting their status as a young band stop them from going places. The band, Ben Schneid (Vocals, Guitar, Keys), Jared Stenz (Bass) and Jon Stenz (Drums) has been steadily releasing singles over the past few months, gaining fans along the way. The most recent of their tracks is titled, “Go It Alone,” which speaks to a mindset of self-motivation and self-empowerment –aligning quite fittingly with Foxtrax’s current DIY foundation.

Check out “Go It Alone” below!

Heavily inspired by the ideology behind Dave Grohl’s Sonic Highways HBO mini-series, Schneid and the brothers Stenz took a break from city life and traveled down to Murphy, NC. where, while living together in a cabin, they composed, recorded, produced and mixed a collection of songs that would reflect their joint experience living in the North Carolina mountains.

Foxtrax is creating music that seamlessly mixes the tonal colors of classic rock and modern indie pop. The trio infuses old school rock and roll with a modernized spirit, integrating their songs with the pop landscape of the present –resulting in a sound that is at once natural and refreshingly unfamiliar.

Music fans intrigued by what they have heard here can look forward to the group’s upcoming performance at Pianos in Manhattan’s Lower East Side, this Saturday, May 2, 2015, where they will be sharing the bill with Connecticut based, alternative rock quartet, Crown Colony.

Full show information is available through the ticket link below.

Fresh off of their performances at The Grand Victory in Brooklyn and recent a headlining slot at The Bitter End in the East Village, Foxtrax’s energetic shows makes them a must-see  band going into the summer concert season.

Tickets for the Pianos show can be purchased from TicketWeb through HERE.
