New York – James Bay announces dates for his North American fall headline tour. Tickets go on sale Friday August 21, 2015 at 10am local time. The tour beginsFriday, November 13 in Philadelphia at The Fillmore, plays major markets across the country, and finishes up on Tuesday, December 1st in Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium. He’s out on the road in support of his full-length debut, Chaos And The Calm [Republic Records].
In addition, the critically acclaimed UK troubadour has been nominated as “Artist To Watch” for his “Hold Back The River” at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards—an honor previously bestowed upon the likes of The Killers, Lady Gaga, One Direction, and more. Fans may vote for winners up until 6pm ET on August 30, 2015 HERE. James Bay is a 24 year old singer songwriter hailing from the small town of Hitchin in the UK who grew up performing at London’s iconic venues. It was at one of these very performances that a fan filmed his set and shared the video on YouTube. The video quickly caught the attention of Republic Records who ended up flying BAY to New York and signing him on the spot. Since then he has been taking over the globe with his critically acclaimed album Chaos And The Calm and has performed all over the world on his highly anticipated headlining tour – sold out across the globe.
