We all know that Reading and Leeds are offering up a whole bunch of great musical acts (some seriously big ones worth talking about!) but in addition to the tried and true superstars Reading and Leeds are offering up an ample dose of music you need to get to know- like up close and personal style- say, at, a festival? Case in point and in need of your immediate attention is Cuba Cuba, a sweet little musical treat care of Walnut Tree Records.
So you needed something not too electro (it’s Monday- that’s enough of a headache for you), and you need something not too pop (hello, there’s caffeine for that kind of energy)- Meet Cuba Cuba, also known as the best of both worlds. Their upcoming release has been held captive on my heavy rotation list since I’ve gotten hold of it. Literally the perfect mix of pep and chill conveniently rolled into eleven tracks of audio awsomeness!
Those that RSVP’d yes to Leeds can catch them Friday (TGIF to you!) and those heading to Reading will be able to see them first hand on Sunday (don’t plan on getting any rest- you’ll be too busy toe tapping stageside for any of that!) Looking forward to catching all of you at the CC set this year! For more info on the band and to keep updated on the latest and greatest with the group head HERE!
