Chad Matheny of Emperor X will be playing a guerilla show tonight at the 24-hour Post office lobby  on 17192 Murphy Ave, Irvine, CA 92614. Several other acts will also be in attendance, switching off between songs round-robin style. The show starts at 11pm and ends when the cops break it up.

I encourage everyone to come out and participate in what I anticipate to be an intimate gathering. Matheny is a special talent and unique entertainer, making the most out of his environment and involving his audience. The last Emperor X show I went to ended up underneath Glendale Blvd. with the crowd acting as his choir and the tunnel as his reverb chamber.
