One of the highlights of the time I spent living in Eugene was working with Justin King’s band, The Apologies. It was the gateway to several friendships (including those with Ehren Ebbage and Drew Dresman, whom I’ve mentioned here), but it was also a chance to attend multiple shows by Justin, a phenomenally talented guitar player. The last I heard, he’d managed to get himself into Iraq as a photographer, so I’m not sure where he is musically, but here’s a good video from a couple of years ago that shows off his manual dexterity. Enjoy!
