Freestyle, random rap, afro-tastic hair, and spas-tastic dance party fun don’t even begin to clue you in to what you’re in for when you go to see Darwin Deez.  The spastic pop rock sin-sation has been on my personal heavy rotation list for weeks and singer songwriters have been so inspired they themselves have taken a turn for the worst (or better dependant on preference!) by restyling his sweet song “radar detector”!  To be quite honest (dear Lauren- did you really just use the term “quite honest?”   You’ve only been in London one week) I heard it in Hollister and was like immediately super distracted from sporting short shorts in order to focus on the not so short pseudo double deez style song!

Lucky for all you self proclaimed Angelinos (and sadly not for me- insert sadface smiley here) he’ll be rocking The Echo on July 7- and if you haven’t been lucky enough to see his set before you want to invest in a little pre show ticket investment.  It WILL sell out.  You can also feel free to skip your daily allotted cardio sesh and go ahead “just dance” the night away to Darwin Deez’s spaz-tastic tunage.

The moral of the story is I’m jealous of anyone able to RSVP yes to this shindig.  Please send postcards from said gig to the UK, for Miss Lauren Rebecca Novik.  I’m being all proper now, and such.
